VIP Parking gives you convenient, close access to the event, but to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all spaces are subject to the following rules:
The Rules & Guidelines
- One vehicle per VIP Parking space.
- Keep your area clean of all trash and debris at all times. Event staff will inspect and enforce this.
- No tents, canopies, chairs, or overnight camping. These items are strictly prohibited and enforced by staff.
- No advertising, promoting, or selling is allowed in VIP Parking.
- Additional 2-day admission passes for passengers can be purchased online only during registration (limit 2 per VIP space).
- Availability: VIP Parking is open from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM on show days only.
Policies
- GSMJI and the LeConte Center are not responsible for any damage caused by vehicles, equipment, or acts of God (windstorms, tornadoes, floods, etc.).
- Cancellations: Prior to or on September 20th – 50% cancellation fee. No refunds after September 20th. All transactions are non-transferable.
- By checking the box during registration, you acknowledge and agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in forfeiture of your VIP Parking space for the duration of the event.
