Is admission include in SS competition?
Daily admission for one person is included with the standard Show & Shine option, and daily admission for two people is included with the Tailgate Show & Shine option. Additional two-day admissions may be added to your Show & Shine order during registration.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept cash and credit cards at all admission areas.
What is the admission price?
The price for admission is $15 per person per day, $5 per person per day for ages 6-12, and free for children ages 5 and under. Admission is daily, if you wish to attend multiple days of the event, you must purchase admission for each day.
Where do I park my vehicle?
All vehicles must park in the official markings of a parking space. If it is not officially lined for parking then it is not a parking space and is subject to citation and/or towing. You can not park on sidewalks, grass areas, or any other area that is not a designated parking space.
Can I bring a pet/animal?
For public health and safety, pets (not including service animals) are prohibited from entering the LeConte Event Center. You can find more information about the venue rules and regulations at the LeConte Center’s website FAQ section.
Where is the list of Vendors?
A full list of vendors, including sponsors and those offering installation services, can be found by clicking on the vendor link on our navigation bar
Do you have lodging partners that offer discounts to attendees?
We have several lodging partners offering exclusive discounts for Overland Invasion™ attendees. Click the “Plan Your Visit” tab on our home page to view more information, including booking links and promo codes for each location.
Am I allowed to bring outside food and beverages inside?
No outside food or drink is allowed to be brought into the LeConte Event Center. Concession areas are located throughout the event for purchase.
Can I purchase admission tickets in advance?
Online advance ticket sales are only available during registration for Show & Shine and VIP events. Multiple admission day bands will be available at the admissions areas on Friday during the event.
Can I sell merchandise in Pigeon Forge during the Invasion™
No person shall use or occupy any portion of any public street, alley, sidewalk, or right of way for the purpose of storing, selling, or exhibiting any goods, wares, merchandise, or materials without the knowledge of SMOI and The City of Pigeon Forge. (Permits are required and must be approved)
Will the Invasion™ be streamed live or televised?
No, the Invasion™ will not be televised or streamed live at this time. Do not click on any links in comments on social media about live streaming
Will there be handicap parking available?
The LeConte Center has a dedicated limited space area for dedicated parking located near the main entrance of the building. Spaces are limited and on a first come first serve basis.
Is free parking available?
There are two free parking options for the LeConte Center: 1. Adjacent to the LeConte Center River Lot with tram service. 2. Parking & Safety Reminder
When visiting Pigeon Forge, please take a few simple precautions to keep your belongings safe. Avoid leaving valuables in your vehicle. Instead, store them in the safe at your hotel or cabin, leave them at home if possible, or keep them with you during the event.
Always lock your vehicle as well as your hotel or cabin when unattended.
