Bring your rig, set up your home base, and stay right in the middle of the action with our Extended Weekend Dry Stay Pass. Your reserved area will be located in the parking area directly across from the LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge, putting you close to the Overland Invasion expo, restaurants, attractions, scenic drives, and everything the Smokies have to offer.

Instead of paying a nightly rate, your entire extended weekend stay is included for one flat price.

20' x 40' Dry Stay Area + Admission for 1
Includes one 20' x 40' reserved area, parking for one rig, and one Friday & Saturday Overland Invasion admission pass.

20' x 40' Dry Stay Area + Admission for 2
Includes one 20' x 40' reserved area, parking for one rig, and two Friday & Saturday Overland Invasion admission passes.

30' x 40' Dry Stay Area + Admission for 1
Includes one larger 30' x 40' reserved area, parking for one rig, and one Friday & Saturday Overland Invasion admission pass.

30' x 40' Dry Stay Area + Admission for 2
Includes one larger 30' x 40' reserved area, parking for one rig, and two Friday & Saturday Overland Invasion admission passes.

Additional parking for recreational vehicles available. Dry stay areas are limited to 1 vehicle per area.

Additional expo admission passes may be purchased during onsite check-in.

Early Check-In: Thursday, October 22 beginning at 12:00 PM
Overland Invasion Expo: Friday & Saturday, October 23–24
Late Check-Out: Sunday, October 25 by 12:00 PM

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Your Extended Weekend Dry Stay Pass includes:

• Reserved 20' x 40' or 30' x 40' area on the paved overnight stay lot
• Parking for one rig within your reserved area
• Additional parking for recreation vehicles or support vehicles available at a small fee
• Friday and Saturday admission to the Smoky Mountain Overland Invasion™ for one or two people, depending on the package selected
• Thursday early arrival beginning at noon
• Sunday checkout as late as noon
• Portable restrooms and hand-washing stations
• Dumpsters for trash disposal
• Onsite overnight security
• Convenient location directly across from the LeConte Center
• One flat weekend price — no additional nightly stay fees

This is a dry stay experience, and utility hookups are not provided.

Take your rig out for an off-road adventure, spend the afternoon and evening exploring Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, or head into Great Smoky Mountains National Park for some of the most scenic drives in the Smokies.

Cruise through Cades Cove, take in the mountain views along Newfound Gap Road or Foothills Parkway, explore the winding Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail, hike to a waterfall, or simply spend some time enjoying the mountains before heading back to your rig and the excitement of the Overland Invasion.

Your space isn't just a place to stay — it's your home base for an entire Smoky Mountain adventure weekend.

NOW FOR THE IMPORTANT PART...THE RULES!

We want everyone to have a safe, enjoyable weekend. By purchasing an Extended Weekend Dry Stay Pass, you agree to the following:

Open Flames & Cooking
No open flames of any kind are permitted. No charcoal, wood burning, or freestanding grills or cooking devices with an open flame are allowed.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome in the Extended Weekend Dry Stay area. All pets must be on leashes and within your designated area at all times. You are responsible for cleaning up after your animals. Pets are not allowed inside the LeConte Center due to their rules and regulations.

Glass Containers
No glass bottles or glass containers. Please use plastic containers, cans, or insulated cups/koozies.

Behavior
Be respectful of your neighbors and event staff. Unruly, disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the overnight stay area and forfeiture of your reserved space without refund.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM. Loud or offensive music, excessive noise, or other disturbances will not be permitted. Local noise ordinances will be enforced.

Keep It Clean
Please keep your reserved area clean and free of trash at all times. Dumpsters will be available onsite, and event staff may inspect reserved areas throughout the weekend.

Vehicles & Setup
Each reserved overnight stay area includes parking for one vehicle/rig.

Pop-up canopies must be secured using sandbags or water weights only. Stakes or other devices that penetrate the surface are prohibited because the overnight stay area is located on pavers.

You are responsible for damage caused by your vehicle, equipment, canopy, setup, or other property, including damage resulting from severe weather or other acts of God.

Additional Vehicle Parking
Additional parking for recreational or support vehicles may be purchased for $40 per vehicle.

Additional vehicles must be parked in the designated additional parking area and are for transportation or support purposes only. Overnight stays are not permitted in additional vehicles.

Personal Property
Items left unattended are at your own risk. Smoky Mountain Overland Invasion™ and the LeConte Center are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vehicles, equipment, merchandise, or personal belongings.

Advertising & Sales
No unauthorized advertising, soliciting, vending, product sales, or promotional activities are permitted within the overnight stay area.

Refunds & Transfers
All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued, and reservations are non-transferable.

Acknowledgement
By purchasing an Overnight at the Invasion – Extended Weekend Dry Stay Pass, you acknowledge and agree to follow all event rules and policies. Failure to comply may result in removal from the property and forfeiture of your reserved space without refund.
