Tailgate Show & Shine Experience
Your Tailgate Experience includes a dedicated double parking space for your rig and 2× 2-day admission passes, plus the freedom to set up chairs, coolers, and a pop-up canopy (up to 9’×9’) for you and your friends. Additional 2-day passes for passengers can be purchased online (limit 2).
The Rules & Guidelines
- Behavior: No glass bottles; use plastic, cans, or koozies. Unruly behavior will result in removal and forfeiture of your space.
- Cleanliness: Keep your area free of trash at all times — staff will inspect.
- Vehicles & Setup: One vehicle per space; pop-up canopy must be secured with sandbags or water weights (no tie-down stakes). You are responsible for any damage caused by your equipment, including acts of God.
- Unattended Equipment: Leaving your items unattended is at your own risk; GSMJI and the LeConte Center are not responsible for loss or damage.
- Music & Advertising: No advertising, selling, or loud/offensive music. Noise ordinance will be enforced.
- Cancellations: On or before September 20, 2026: 50% fee. No refunds after September 20. All transactions are non-transferable.
- Acknowledgement: By checking the box during registration, you agree to these rules. Breaking them will result in forfeiture of your space.
